How to CARE for my jewelry?
Congratulations on your purchase! We believe jewelry is meant to be worn every day. Most of the jewelry we sell requires very little care — just wear and enjoy.  We do recommend taking off your jewelry when swimming, gardening, doing contact sports, seriously messy cooking, and moving heavy objects. A gentle cleanse with mild soap and water is all you need to clean your jewelry.  No chemicals please! Bronze and copper will naturally darken over time.

Wholesale Orders?
Yes!  We are currently servicing wholesale orders. Are you a store or boutique interested in a larger order?  Please contact us personally and we would love to share with you our discounted rate for wholesale purchases.  Life is way more fun lived on a team!  

How long do orders take to ship?
It will take 5-7 business days to process your order. But usually much faster. ;) 

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently do not ship over seas. We would like to in the future once we have established our systems in the US. 

 

RETURNS

What is Hey Sister Co's return policy?
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be received within 14 days of purchase. We want our customers to be as excited about their purchase as we are in choosing them for the shop, so please reach out if you are unhappy for any reason via email at heysistercohelp@gmail.com.  

Does Hey sister Co. offer Refunds or Exchanges?
HeySisterCo. does not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. We ONLY offer store credit. Because inventory can move quickly, we do not offer any types of exchanges (even size exchanges). This is due to the small inventory we carry and the high turnover rate we have on our items.

When will I receive my store credit? 
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Once it is processed you will receive an email with your store credit code. 

How do I return an item? 
If your item is not what you expected or you are unsatisfied, please send us an email for all the information and to start your return: heysistercohelp@gmail.com. Please include your full name, order number, and the item you will be sending back.

Items must be not worn and free of make up, perfume, deodorant, animal hair and any other markings.

It is at the expense of the buyer to pay for return shipping to receive store credit. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us. Hey Sister Co. is not responsible for lost packages.

What happens if my jewelry is arrives damaged? 
Unfortunately, some jewelry items are sensitive and shipping can be rough on items! If you find an item arrives damaged, please notified us via email (heysistercohelp@gmail.com) of damaged item within 7 days of delivery. After this window, we are not liable for faulty merchandise.
